BORGO AUREO offers two level apartments, provided with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
On the ground floor you can find a living room with a kitchenette, while the bedroom – and a private bathroom – are on the other level.
Each apartment is decorated with modern designer furniture, has a flatscreen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette and a private yard with independent access.

DELUXE APARTMENT

The apartment is on two levels. On the ground floor you can find a living room with a kitchenette. The bedroom is downstairs, among the bathroom and a balcony.
You can find a TV (with cable channels) in the living room and the bedroom both. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bed, a wardrobe and a safe. The bathroom is equipped with towels and a welcome kit.

SUPERIOR APARTMENT

The apartment is on two levels. On the ground floor you can find a living room with a kitchenette. The bedroom is upstairs, among the bathroom and a terrace.
You can find a TV (with cable channels) in the living room and the bedroom both. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bed, a wardrobe and a safe. The bathroom is equipped with towels and a welcome kit.
The apartment features a spacious private yard.

Check-in / check-out and cleaning

The apartments will be available at 4:00 P.M. on your arrival day.
We will give priority in assigning them to guests with specific requests (subject to availability).
Check-out is at 11:00 A.M..
Reception is open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M..
In case of emergencies, reception is available 24/7 by calling (+39) 06 8793 0286 o (+39) 340 612 6209.
For stays shorter than one week, room cleaning with change of towels is daily, and bed linen is changed every 3 days.
For stays longer than one month, room cleaning with change of bed linen and towels is provided weekly.

Cancellation policy

Any cancellation must be communicated as soon as possible, in order to allow the facility to resell the reserved resource.
Cancellations are allowed without penalties within 72 hours prior to the guest’s arrival.
After this deadline, in case of cancellations or no-shows, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
